Today’s Observer reports that Angus Robertson, the Scottish Government’s Cabinet Secretary for Culture, has said he would be emphasising to French authorities Kenneth White’s “incredibly important contribution to cultural life in Scotland” and asking his officials to enquire of them what is planned for the library.
